The Cooperative Development Center provides start-up assistance for cooperatives as well as business and marketing assistance to existing cooperatives. The Center helps with business plan and financial projections development. It helps to identify financing sources for rural cooperatives and provides loan application and loan packaging assistance. The Rural Cooperative Development Center also provides assistance with feasibility studies.
