Objective: To build the capacity of housing nonprofit agencies
in the delivery of housing services.
The
Southwest Border Nonprofit Resource Center's (SBNRC)
management assistance component for Project HOPE targets
agencies such as the Hidalgo County's Community Housing
Development Organizations, also known as CHDOs. The SBNRC has
tiered its forms of assistance into four different groups. These
groups are: Housing-specific Events, Consultations, Services and
Future Considerations.
Services include:
- Internet orientations.
- Computer Workshops.
- Grant alerts.
- Access to the Philanthropic Network Organization.
