Southwest Border Nonprofit Resource Center (SBNRC) and the
College of
Business Administration of the University of Texas-Pan
American, joined forces with local housing providers to
establish an innovative community partnership to increase access

The collaborative, known as Project HOPE (Homeownership
Partnership and Empowerment), is comprised of five components:
Project HOPE's major components are overseen by a Community
Advisory Committee (CAC), comprised of lenders, builders,
realtors, government agencies, nonprofit organizations and
community members. The discussions generated during the CAC
meetings help to steer the direction of many of the project
activities. |
