Richard Fowler
Professor of Computer Science

Richard H. Fowler is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas - Pan American and Interim Department Chair. He received a Ph. D. in Psychology from the University of Houston in 1980 and a M. S. in Computer Science from New Mexico State University in 1989. His research interests in cognitive and computer science focus on information visualization and interactive systems generally. He is a CBEST Research Associate and Coordinator of the Information Technology Group.
